Thank you for your interest in participating in the fourth annual Beyond the Bell Training of Trainers!  We are excited to have you join us. This two-day opportunity will prepare you to facilitate Beyond the Bell trainings in your community. We will introduce you to the Toolkit, provide guidance on how to use it as a training resource, and arm you with a host of materials that you can use for your own personalized trainings. You will leave as a certified Beyond the Bell trainer.

As a trainer, you will be able to do the following: 

  • Build your expertise in the field of afterschool and expanded learning.

  • Meet other afterschool leaders through our Beyond the Bell trainer network.

  • Facilitate Beyond the Bell trainings for afterschool staff in your community.

Training Dates: October 16–17, 2018 in San Mateo, CA

Cost: Register by September 14, 2018 to take advantage of our early bird registration rate of $1,100 per person. Standard registration pricing is $1,500 after September 27, 2017.

Cost Includes: One copy of Beyond the Bell: A Toolkit for Creating Effective Afterschool and Expanded Learning Programs (4th edition); a flash drive containing all 96 ready-to-use Beyond the Bell tools in word format; breakfast and lunch both days; a full set of training materials for six training sessions (e.g., PowerPoint slide decks, agendas, and handouts); online access to future training materials; and certification as a Beyond the Bell trainer. Please note that you must attend the full 2 days in order to become a certified Beyond the Bell trainer.

Attendees are responsible for their own travel costs, including airfare, hotel, dinner, and ground transportation.
